In Claude
- Settings → Connectors.
- Open PaperOffice and choose Disconnect (or Remove to delete the custom connector entirely).
Claude immediately stops using the connector. Conversations that already contain PaperOffice results keep that text — it was part of the chat.
In PaperOffice (recommended as well)
- Sign in at app.paperoffice.ai.
- Open Account → API — the section MCP connections lists every assistant connection with the last use.
- Choose Revoke for the Claude connection. The OAuth grant becomes invalid within seconds; Claude would have to sign in again.
If you connected Cursor with a user token, deactivate or rotate that token on the same page.
Team and Enterprise
Organisation administrators can disable the connector centrally in Claude. On the PaperOffice side, account admins see all connections of the organisation under Account → API and can revoke them for any member.
What stays
Documents, workspaces and the audit trail of past tool calls remain unchanged in PaperOffice. Revoking access does not delete data.
