Please note that the 'FolderMount' feature is not available in the Home and Team versions. It is only available in the Custom version.
The use of FolderMount (My Windows documents) is best suited for the following areas of application:
1. Existing files in your Windows file system should be cataloged and processed with PaperOffice, but without changing the location
2. Documents should be saved unencrypted so that they can be accessed directly with Windows Explorer
3. You do not want your documents to be saved in accordance with GoBD and do not need a versioning function
4. Other users in the network should have access to the documents created with PaperOffice
5. Third party applications or APIs actively access the synchronous FolderMount folder
