Because your customer account has a negative overdue balance, the automated system will block your user account(s) after 14 days of late payment.
To unlock, please do following:
1. Settle the due invoice(s) plus 38 EUR activation fee
2. Please send the proofs of payment to unlock@paperoffice.com
3. As soon as the email arrives, your user accounts will be activated again within the next 8 hours.
For recurring payments, we recommend using a standing order or the option of a discounted advance payment.
