How does central user administration work?

<h5> User administration </h5> <p> With the central user administration you have an overview of all user data and their release levels. </p> <p> The user administration in PaperOffice offers numerous functions for the administration of complex user structures within your network with different rights as well as allocation of release levels. </p> <p> You can also create individual groups and determine who and where has access to what thanks to FolderLock and individual release levels. This means that users who do not correspond to the access level cannot see the folders or documents. </p>

<p> <b> Database-based user management </b> </p> <p> The central user administration always takes place per PaperOffice database.
