<p>Invoices are payable immediately upon receipt. If payment is not made within 7 calendar days of the invoice date, all services will be suspended in accordance with our general terms and conditions.</p>
<p>If payment is not received after 14 calendar days, both the license and access to the database will be blocked. This means that users on the network can no longer access the database and all documents and stored data will only be available again after complete release.</p>
<p>To restore access, the following costs apply:<br>
Activation of a user account: 76.00 euros per user.<br> Reactivation of the blocked database: 256.00 euros.<br> <p>To avoid additional costs and restrictions, we strongly recommend that you pay invoices on time.
