<p> <b> Input and output area in WorkBench </b> </p> <p> The input area (upper half of WorkBench) is used to separate your added document into individual pages or, if you want to create a new one based on several existing ones, to display them at the top. </p>
<p> Drag and drop individual document pages that you want to save, send or version later as a new document into the output area (lower half of WorkBench) in the appropriate order. All pages can be edited here as well as in the input area. </p> <p> Pages from different documents can be linked with one another without any problems. </p>
<p> <b> Edit document with WorkBench </b> </p> <p> If you edit the original document and then want to save it in PaperOffice versioned, select the option in the context menu of your document list with the label "Edit document with WorkBench". <p> <u> Edit page </u>: Clicking on the entry enables the document page to be edited thanks to any graphics program such as Paint. In the next step, you can select a program of your choice in the selection dialog to edit the page. </p> <p> <u> Rotate 90 ° </u>: Each click on the corresponding button rotates the document page 90 degrees clockwise. <p> <u> Save changes </u> (appears ONLY if you originally selected Edit the document (original) with WorkBench: The changed document is versioned in an audit-proof manner. </p>
<p> <u> Save as new PDF document </u>: The compilation (output area) is combined as a PDF document and saved as a new document. </p>
<p> <u> Print </u>: The compilation (output area) is summarized as a PDF document and displayed for printing or saving. </p>
<p> <u> Export as PDF and save as ... </u>: The compilation (output area) is summarized as a PDF document and saved after confirming in the storage path. </p>
