If you have a label printer, you can print out QR codes and then attach them to the document and then easily search for the documents using the webcam.

First go to the scanner management by calling up the menu item "Paper document" or by pressing the hotkey F5.
Now click on the second tab "QR code".

Make sure the paper size is 62 mm x 29 mm and the print quality is 300 x 300 dpi.
We recommend using a label printer. If you have a label printer, select the number of labels in the first point Label printer and click on "Show label sheet as PDF" and then select "Print".

However, if you do not have a label printer, you can print label sheets with your standard printer. To do this, select the second item Label genetics . This gives you the option of printing the QR codes on a sheet of labels. PaperOffice generates 24 different QR codes per sheet, these can be easily attached to the document individually. To do this, click on "Show label sheet as PDF" and then select "Print".

Attaching the QR codes

Place the QR code either in the header or footer of the document to be scanned.

When the document is then scanned with the QR code, PaperOffice recognizes this document, assigns it the previously defined document ID and saves it in the appropriate folder, if you have assigned a storage mask to the QR code.

Search and find the document using the QR code

If you want to search for and find the document using the QR code in the future, simply click on the QR code symbol in the search bar:

Now hold the document with the previously attached QR code in front of your camera - PaperOffice will recognize the QR code and automatically display the document you are looking for in the interface.
