Integration of an existing QNAP NAS database in PaperOffice

If you are currently connected to a database, you must first disconnect the connection. You can find the exact instructions for this here .

To connect to an existing QNAP NAS database, open your PaperOffice login window and click "Continue". This window appears:

Create new database selection

Select "Start Database Manager".

In the next step, select "QNAP-NAS" and click on the corresponding icon:

Enter QNAP IP address and port number

Follow the instructions that you see under 1 point.

Enter the QNAP IP address under the 2 point in the left input field and the port number in the right input number.

Enter QNAP IP address and port number

Confirm your details by clicking on "Check information, save and continue".

Now follow further instructions. The connection to your database has been found to be successful when the message "Connection successfully established" is displayed in the upper right window.

This completes the connection to your existing QNAP NAS database.
