Returns and exchanges

You can return unopened goods within 30 days of delivery.

How to return goods:

1. Sign in to your customer account and open “My orders”.
2. Select the order and the items you want to return.
3. Print the return label and stick it on the parcel where it is clearly visible.

We refund you once the goods have arrived at our warehouse and have been checked.

Exchange: If you would like a different variety or size, return the unopened goods as described above and order the item you want again.
