<p class="remark alert"> <b>In the event that you have subscribed to PaperOffice Plus and payments are processed via PayPal according to your instructions and settings, it is crucial to ensure that, in case of cancellation, all PayPal payments are deactivated directly in your PayPal account to prevent automatic renewal. This is extremely important. Any withdrawal not deactivated may result in the automatic renewal of your Plus subscription.</b> </p>
<p>Reactivation is only possible within 12 months of purchase, subject to an activation fee.<br> After this period, the license must be repurchased to receive updates.</p>
<p><b>What happens if the payment cannot be debited from my PayPal account?</b></p> <p>PaperOffice will attempt to debit the amount. If this fails and the withdrawal is unsuccessful, it will result in a temporary suspension. To reactivate PaperOffice, an additional fee of 76 EUR per user account will apply.</p>
<p class="remark alert"> <b>Please note that after cancellation, you will need to repurchase the complete PaperOffice license to use PaperOffice PLUS again if your license purchase is more than 12 months old.</b> </p>
<p><b>Term and Cancellation for <u>all other orders:</u></b></p> <p>PaperOffice PLUS will automatically renew every 12 months unless you cancel this contract <b>at least 3 months before the renewal date</b> by creating a ticket at <a href="https://portal.paperoffice.ai/paperoffice/en/kb/paperoffice-classic-dms"><u>https://help.paperoffice.com</u></a> and providing your invoice number for confirmation.</p>
<p><b>What happens if I do not make the payment on time?</b></p> <p>If the invoice payment is missed, we will send you a reminder with a set deadline. If the payment is not received by the end of this period, we reserve the right to temporarily suspend access. To reactivate PaperOffice, an additional fee of 76 EUR per user account will apply.</p>
