<p> <b> Display help </b> </p> <p> You can activate the AutoZoom mode for your preview images in the main view by clicking in the selection list and selecting a suitable value. If you move the mouse over the document preview, this preview is shown enlarged in the upper left corner, see figure. </p>
<p> Accordingly, when the value "50% of window height" is selected, the document preview is displayed at 50% of your window height. </p> <p> The same applies to the value "100% of the window height". <br> Save your changes by clicking on "Save changes". <br> Please also note that some changes can only be activated after restarting PaperOffice. </p>

<p> <b> Intelligent services and background processing </b> </p> <p> In the background processing area, you can make some settings regarding the system load, depending on how powerful your PC or your entire network is. </p> <p> Place a check mark next to the corresponding entry "Minimal power", "Balanced" or "High performance", accordingly PaperOffice will balance the system load. </p>
<p> <b> ClipboardWatch </b> </p> <p> If you tick the corresponding entry, PaperOffice will monitor the Windows clipboard in the background, automatically search all documents in the PaperOffice database for new content and inform you if there are search hits. Example: You mark any text passage with an order number "ABC12345". PaperOffice now searches all of your documents in the background, whether you have sniffed a document with the name "ABC12345" in PaperOffice and notifies you if this is the case. </p>
<p> <b> PIA SERVER MODE </b> </p> If you check the box next to the entry, the interface will not be blocked as long as PIA is performing background services. Please note that manual deactivation can lead to incorrect processing. </p>
<p> <b> PIA AUTOFILL </b> </p> <p> The KI PIA integrated in PaperOffice tries independently to recognize and extract the receipt information from the added documents. Remove the tick if you do not want the AutoFill function. </p>
<p> <b> PIA AUTOCONTACT </b> </p> <p> When a document is added to PaperOffice, PIA searches for IBAN in the contacts, but also tries to intelligently recognize the address from the document and connect it to contacts that have already been created. This tolerance can be set here. </p>

<p> <b> Mass importer & FolderMount </b> </p> <p> The use of PaperOffice mass importer and FolderMount can only be carried out in full mode. This means that PDF files and all other file formats up to 5MB are supported (jpg, png, tif, docx, doc, htm, html, txt, xlsx, xls). </p>
<p> Click on "Save changes" if you want to save your changes or "Discard changes" if you want to discard the changes. </p>
