<p>The use of FolderMount (My Windows documents) is best suited for the following areas of application: </p>
<p> 1. Existing files in your Windows file system should be cataloged and processed with PaperOffice, but without changing the location </p>
<p> 2. Documents should be saved unencrypted so that they can be accessed directly with Windows Explorer </p>
<p> 3. You do not want your documents to be saved in accordance with GoBD and do not need a versioning function </p>
<p> 4. Other users in the network should have access to the documents created with PaperOffice </p>
<p> 5. Third party applications or APIs actively access the synchronous FolderMount folder </p>
