How do I create a workflow agent?

Create

1. Workflow AI → Workflow Agents.
2. Create Workflow Agent.
3. Enter a name. Without a name the dialog does not save.
4. Describe the instruction in the prompt. If there is text, it needs at least 20 characters. Prompt Studio generates or sharpens that instruction and saves it.
5. Set the trigger (for example upload, schedule or mailbox).
6. Save.

Why it starts off

A new workflow agent is saved inactive. Automation is available only after the prompt is approved and a test run has succeeded. Then turn the agent on.
