What it is and what it is for
PaperOffice reads sales orders with contact details, invoices, credit notes and products from Holded, mirrored as an operational source. Your chat or phone agent shares the status with a customer only after proof. The mirror is read-only. Only attachments go to Holded, with a separate opt-in and a separate key with write access.
How it works
- Open Knowledge Base AI → Operational sources and click Add source.
- On the Basics tab, name it and choose Holded as the Connection.
- On the Connection tab, enter your Holded API key.
- Optional: choose a Workspace for the documents and tick invoices, credit notes or sales orders.
- Optional: switch on Send attachments to Holded (paid) and enter the Holded API key with write access.
- On the Proof tab, choose how customers identify themselves, then save.
- To attach, open a document, click Attach in Holded and confirm the target.
Good to know
- PaperOffice finds the target by document number: in the mirror, then among your Holded purchases, then by VAT ID on the contact. With several matches or none, nothing is sent.
- Up to 10 MB per file. Attached documents are not sent again.
- PDF filing covers only new documents after you save. The same file is not imported twice.
- The button appears once you have opened Operational sources in this browser.
- Fetches, filing and attachments are paid. Knowledge Base AI is available from the Plus plan.
