What it is and what it is for
PDF Studio converts files, merges PDFs, splits and rotates pages and protects PDFs with a password. In the app it is called PDF AI Playground. You download the result. It is not filed in your workspace automatically. Every job is a paid feature.
How it works
- Open Document AI → PDF AI Playground.
- Drag your files into Drop files here or click to browse. For a web page, enter the address and click Use website.
- On the right, under Tools, pick a group: Convert, Pages, File or Protection.
- Start the tool, for example Merge or Protect with password.
- Click Download file.
Good to know
- Convert: PDF to Word, Excel or PowerPoint. Office files, images, e-books and e-mails to PDF.
- Pages: merge two or more PDFs in the order of the list, split and rotate.
- File: compress, PDF/A, PDF to JPG or WebP, metadata.
- Protection: password protection with at least 8 characters, remove a password (only if you know it), remove restrictions.
- Each file can be up to 100 MB.
- You only see the menu item if your group has the PDF Studio permission.
- The free PDF tools on paperoffice.ai are something else. They need no account and also file nothing in your workspace.
