Create IDP Agents from templates (formerly Skills Store)

What it is and what it is for

An IDP Agent reads defined fields from your documents. Ready-made templates exist, for example, for finance, HR, legal, insurance or logistics. Important: the former Skills Store no longer exists. You find its templates directly when you create an IDP Agent.

How it works

1. Open Document AI → IDP Agents.
2. Click Create agent. Create new IDP Agent opens.
3. Under Predefined templates pick a suitable template. Use Categories and the search to find it faster.
4. Check the Fields and click Create agent.
5. You can adjust the fields afterwards in the agent editor.

Good to know

• Besides the predefined ones there are Free templates for your own fields. With Import template you load a template as a JSON file.
• Processing documents with an IDP Agent is a paid feature.
• The Skills Store no longer exists. Old links lead to IDP Agents.
