What it is and what it is for
Three helpers show what happens in PaperOffice AI and what can help you. The Activity & Processing page shows uploads per day and per user. The workspace briefing summarizes a workspace. It is only available via the API and the MCP server (e.g. Claude), not as a page in the app. The Problem Solver suggests functions that fit your need.
How it works
- Open Analytics AI → Activity & Processing.
- Under Upload activity choose the Calendar year. The Activity heatmap shows uploads per day.
- Under User activity choose the Period (7, 30 or 90 days, last year).
- With Export you save the heatmap and user ranking as CSV.
- Open the Problem Solver in the account menu under Help & Learning → Problem Solver. Describe your need in your own words.
Good to know
- The workspace briefing lists document count, topics, frequent entities, partners and recent documents. Requests via API or MCP are a paid feature.
- The Problem Solver is also available without login on paperoffice.ai. It is free there. With Discuss with our team you send your request to our team.
- In the app, parts of the Problem Solver page are only in German.
- You only see Analytics AI if your role allows it.
