What it is and what it is for
With the AI-DMS tier Ultra, PaperOffice AI checks new documents in a security audit. You get a fraud risk score from 1 to 10 with reasoning, and findings with a recommendation. For receipts and invoices, the supplier's VAT ID is checked via VIES. Important: this is only available with Ultra. Basic and Premium only read and structure.
How it works
- Process your documents with AI-DMS Ultra.
- Open a document and switch to the Audit tab. It shows the score, the reasoning and the findings.
- All open findings are under Analytics AI → Audit Center. Use Mark as reviewed to close a finding.
- Set up the quarantine under PaperOffice Account → Organization → Document Audit Quarantine: on or off, and the Threshold (max. severity).
- To release a document: Audit tab → Release from quarantine → Release quarantine now.
Good to know
- From the threshold (default 7), a new Ultra document goes into security quarantine and gets the tag “Quarantine”. Editing, moving, downloading and deleting are then blocked.
- The setting and the release require administrator rights. A release cannot be undone.
- A VIES finding (invalid or malformed VAT ID, clearly different company name) is a hint. It never triggers a quarantine.
- The score is an assessment, not proof.
- Ultra and the VIES check are paid features.
