Knowledge Graph: document network, transactions and sender map

What it is and what it is for

The Knowledge Graph links your documents: through companies, people, amounts and shared numbers such as invoice, order or case numbers. You see which documents belong to one transaction. Important: it needs documents processed with AI-DMS Premium or Ultra. Basic creates no entities and no connections. You do not need Ultra.

How it works

  1. Open Analytics AI → Document Network. You see objects and their connections. Click an object to see its documents.
  2. Under Options filter by Object type and choose the Number of objects (50, 100 or 200 objects).
  3. In Documents choose the view Transactions. It shows documents and their connections as a network. The Timeline view shows documents by date.
  4. Under Analytics AI → Sender Map you see where your senders are located.

Good to know

  • If you see “No object data available”, process the documents with AI-DMS Premium or Ultra first.
  • Tax, VAT and bank identifiers never link documents. Very frequent values do not either.
  • You ask the graph questions in your own words via the API or the MCP server (e.g. Claude). This is a paid feature.
  • External share users have no access. Team members only see their shared workspaces. Locked workspaces are skipped.
