What it is and what it is for
Relations AI builds a directory of the companies and people you deal with, based on your documents. Name, VAT ID, email, phone and bank details come from the documents. Every document is linked to its organization. Important: Relations AI is not a CRM. There are no leads, pipeline or sales opportunities. People are only created from documents.
How it works
- Analyze your documents with AI-DMS. Organizations and people then appear automatically.
- Open Relations AI → Organizations or People. There you find the linked documents.
- Under Relations AI → Network you see Document deadlines (optional): payment due date, contract end, resubmission and deadline.
- Turn on reminders per workspace: Document AI → Workspaces, edit the workspace, tab General, section Status & Default, switch Reminders for automatically created deadline tasks (paid).
Good to know
- Every detected deadline creates a task. You open the source document or mark the task as done.
- The reminder switch is off by default. When on, PaperOffice reminds you before the deadline and on the due date. It applies to all open deadline tasks in the workspace and is a paid feature.
- Old documents whose deadline passed long ago get no task.
- If PaperOffice detects no deadline in a document, there is no task.
