<p><b>In this case you need to remove and reinstall the PaperOffice virtual printer:</b></p>
<p>To delete a printer, select the <b>Start </b><i class="fab fa-windows"></i> button and then <b>Configuration</b> <i class="fas fa-cog"></i>. Go to Devices > Printers & Scanners > Select the Printer > Remove Device.</p> <p>A window will open asking if you are sure to remove this device, confirm by clicking <b>YES</b>.</p>
<p>You can now close the Windows configuration window.</p>
<p>Open PaperOffice and enter Settings by clicking on the gear icon <i class="fas fa-cog"></i> on the top right corner.</p>
<p>Enter settings and in the section <b>Reinstall components</b> click on <span>Reinstall the printer</span></p>
<p>Now just follow the printer installation steps.</p></p>
