Workflow agents, not a single macro
Workflows in PaperOffice AI are called workflow agents. They connect triggers, AI actions, conditions, human approvals and outputs.
Triggers include an incoming email, an upload, a webhook, a schedule or a folder. Actions use the system tools, for example reading documents, classification or sending. Conditions branch on fields, amounts or check results. Approvals land as tasks for the responsible person.
