<h5> OutlookConnect - Monitoring of Outlook folders </h5> <p> The automatic Outlook folder monitoring allows you to automatically add documents in the background directly from any Outlook folder. <br> Monitoring an Outlook folder in PaperOffice is very easy. </p> <p> Go to your settings in your PaperOffice and select "Automation and Monitoring". <br> Select "OutlookConnect" from the selection list. <br> Below you can select the Outlook folder from the selection list which is to be monitored. <br> All Outlook folders have already been read in thanks to the OutlookConnect module. If this folder is available, you can easily either select it from the selection list or enter the name in the search bar. All folders are listed in A-Z order. </p> <p> If you first have to create the folder in Outlook, add it and then simply click on "Read in again" without having to restart and read all Outlook folders again in a matter of seconds. </p>

<p> <u> Storage mask: PaperOffice Intelligent Automatization (PIA) </u> </p> <p> The PIA module integrated in PaperOffice helps you with the automated processing of your files. As a next step, you can define the storage method for your folder: </p>
<p> - Show storage dialog: New documents are analyzed by PIA, automatically tagged and displayed for completion. </p>

<p> - Only if unknown: As "Show storage dialog", but the PIA storage dialog is only displayed if the document could not be recognized. </p>
<p> - Never show: PIA is started in the background, automatically stores all documents in the background and is only displayed in the event of errors. Activate the radio button if you want to use a specific storage mask for your DropMail and select the necessary storage mask from the list as the next step. </p>

<p> <u> Enter a name for the monitoring </u> </p> <p> Now enter the name for the folder monitoring. The designation is shown to you in the previous table when listing all of your existing intelligent monitoring systems. </p>

<p> <u> Activate monitoring </u> </p> <p> Your directory monitoring is not active and cannot be used until you check the box under the heading "Monitoring activated". Set the check mark with the left mouse button. If you want to deactivate your monitoring later or set it to inactive, remove the checkmark. </p>
