<h3><br>Solution:</h3> <ol> <li> <strong>Close PaperOffice:</strong> <p>Ensure that PaperOffice is not running.</p> </li> <li> <strong>Rename or Delete the Configuration Folder:</strong> <p>Navigate to the following directory on your computer:</p> <p><code>C:\Users\Your_Username\AppData\Local\PaperOffice</code></p> <p>Rename the folder (e.g., to <code>PaperOffice_Backup</code>) or delete it entirely.</p> </li> <li> <strong>Restart PaperOffice:</strong> <p>Restart PaperOffice as usual. The application will recreate the configuration folder with default settings.</p> </li> </ol>
<h3><br>Important Note:</h3> <p>Renaming or deleting the configuration folder removes the login credentials stored on the login screen. You will need to re-enter your username and password when restarting PaperOffice.</p>
