How to work with QR codes?

<p> If you have a label printer, you can print QR codes and then place them on our documents. </p>

<p> First you have to configure the printer correctly by clicking on "Show settings"<br> <img src="https://api.paperoffice.ai/latest/knowledge/image/15/eca1c285d98041ffabf4c7b78e518db2a2795174df4f20efc1ffb8a34d4eaf5b" alt="check QR"> </p> <p> Make sure the paper size is 62mm x 29mm and the print quality of 300 x 300 dpi.<br> On the "Advanced" tab, select general labels that contain error diffusion images. </p>

<p> Choose how many labels you want to print. If you have created storage masks, you can also select them and assign them to the QR code. </p>

<p> In case you need a single label, click on "Print single label". However, if you do not have a label printer, you have the option of printing the QR codes on a label sheet. PaperOffice generates 24 different QR codes per sheet, which can be easily attached to the document individually. To do this, click on "Print label sheet". </p>

<p> Place the QR code either in the header or footer of the document to be scanned. </p>

Hold the QR code in front of your camera - PaperOffice recognizes the QR code and automatically displays the searched document on the surface.
