Create an IDP agent
IDP agents (Intelligent Document Processing) extract structured data from documents. Under Document AI → Agents all configured IDP agents are listed.
Create a new agent
Choose "Add agent" and enter name and description. This creates a new IDP agent.
Define fields
Set the fields to extract — for example invoice number, amount and date. Then assign the document type.
Save and activate
Save and activate the agent so new documents are extracted automatically.
