Not available in the mobile app
Delete account is not available in the PaperOffice AI mobile app. Organization settings, billing and user management also live in the web and desktop app.
An organization account is not deleted from the mobile app.
The correct path
- Open PaperOffice AI in the browser or the desktop app — not the mobile app.
- Sign in as the root account (organization owner).
- Open Settings and choose Delete account on the left.

Who may run it
Only the root account. Member accounts do not see the item in the web app either.
