Settings in the web and desktop app
Organization settings live only in the PaperOffice AI web app and the desktop app.
- Open PaperOffice AI in the browser or in the desktop app.
- Open the Account area.
- Open Settings.
Direct entry (adjust the language in the URL):
- German: https://app.paperoffice.ai/de/paperoffice-account/settings
- English: https://app.paperoffice.ai/en/paperoffice-account/settings
Other UI languages use the same path with the matching language code, for example /fr/paperoffice-account/settings.
Left navigation
Settings include the organization profile, regional settings, trash, HITL retention and Delete account.
Delete account is shown only for the root account (organization owner). Member accounts do not see the item.

What this page is not
The same settings page includes Hand billing over to a partner. That hands billing to a PaperOffice partner. It is not account deletion.
Removing a user lives under Users, not under Delete account.
Mobile app
The mobile app does not include organization settings or account deletion. The path is in Delete an account in the mobile app.
