Search in the documents overview
- Open a workspace.
- Use the search field at the top of the app (“How can I help you?”), not only the browser find-in-page.
- Open a hit through the name.
Search applies to the open workspace. Search all Workspaces in the workspace switcher searches every workspace you can access. Filters and view live under Options on the same overview.

If nothing appears
- Choose another workspace
- Confirm the file was uploaded: Add a document
- Large imports: How do I import data into workspaces?
- Processing not finished, or a filter is active: Search returns nothing
- Permission: shared workspaces only show what the account may see
