Wizard, not the toolbar “Add document”
Single files: Add a document.
Stores (Classic export, folder trees, large ZIPs) run through Import documents on the workspaces overview.

- Document AI → Workspaces.
- Select the target workspace.
- Actions → Import documents.
- Choose the source.

Subfolders are included. Processing follows the AI-DMS tier of the target workspace, not a second choice in the wizard: AI-DMS tiers: Basic, Premium and Ultra.
