Where the tier lives
AI-DMS is a property of the workspace, not of the account. The tier applies to processing in that workspace (import, upload, pipeline).

New workspaces start with Premium (chip IDP Full). With no AI, the workspace stays storage only.
The tiers

The UI labels Basic AI-OCR + Search, Premium IDP + Embeddings, Ultra Vision + Graph.
Recommendation
- Premium when documents should later be found through fields, relations and semantic search (property management, accounting, contracts).
- Basic when the store is mainly archived and found via full text.
- Ultra when MEGA Vision or the knowledge graph is required — not the default for every workspace.
- Storage only when this workspace should not run AI.
Several workspaces may use different tiers: archive in Basic, live work in Premium.
