Credits
Credits are the organisation usage quota. Each action that uses AI, document processing or the API consumes Credits — in the web app, the desktop app, the mobile app, through agents and through the REST API.
The credit pool is shared across the entire organization, not per device and not per user.
Plan credits and wallet
The plan includes monthly plan credits. They reset on the billing date.
Usage beyond the plan quota (on-demand) is deducted from the account wallet once a monthly on-demand limit is active. The wallet also pays for plan renewals and top-ups.

When credits are exhausted
Actions can be refused until plan credits reset, the plan is expanded or the wallet is topped up. Content is not deleted as a result.
Member accounts contact the organisation owner or administrator. Auto-refill is available in Billing depending on the plan.
For paying organisations a short courtesy buffer may apply; it does not replace a top-up or a matching plan.
