Languages
The PaperOffice AI app is available in 35 languages. The UI language lives in the URL (/de/, /en/, /fr/ …). These help articles are in German and English. Other portal languages show the English text.
Moving from Classic
Classic DMS remains a different product. Export, NAS, workspace and import: From PaperOffice Classic to PaperOffice AI.
Portal
Help articles without signing in live in the Customer Success Hub. New support tickets are created in the PaperOffice AI app, not in the portal.
