The right store first
Search in the toolbar applies to the open workspace, not to the whole organization.
Check in this order:
- Switch to the workspace that received the import or upload.
- Whether the pipeline is still running: After import. Content search stays empty before processing finishes.
- Options in the same overview. A filter or grouping can hide hits. Reset the filter and search again.
- The AI-DMS tier. Storage only does not start OCR or content search: AI-DMS tiers: Basic, Premium and Ultra.
- Permission. A shared workspace shows only what this account may see: Share a workspace.
- The file name. The name column opens the document. Browser find-in-page is not document search.
