Sign in
- Open https://app.paperoffice.ai or the desktop app.
- Choose Sign in.
- Enter your email address or username, then the password. Alternatively, sign in with Google or use Sign in with passkey if a passkey is set up on this device. PaperOffice can then ask for a confirmation code by email or SMS, for example on a new device.

The UI language lives in the URL. PaperOffice AI is offered in 21 languages. Other languages: /{lang}/paperoffice-account/login, for example /fr/paperoffice-account/login.
Forgot password
On the sign-in page, Forgot password? appears next to the password field after the username. PaperOffice then sends a temporary password, valid for 15 minutes, to the recovery email stored for the account. Without a stored recovery email, recovery is not possible; in that case contact support@paperoffice.ai.
Register a new organization
