Who may invite

User management lives in web and desktop. Rules: Root account and users.

Path

1. Open User management.
2. Create New user.
3. Invite — the invite link is sent or copied.

The invited person opens the link and completes sign-in — that is not the public registration of a new organization: Sign in, register, password.

Remove

Remove a member account: Remove a user. That does not delete the organization.
