Remove a user

Two different actions

Remove a user applies to a member account. The organization, the documents and the other users remain.

Delete account deletes the root account and the entire organization. That is a different action: How do I delete my PaperOffice AI account?.

Who may remove a user

Creating and removing users lives in the web app and the desktop app under User management. The mobile app does not include this area.

The confirmation refers to this user, not to the organization.

Path

1. Open PaperOffice AI in the browser or the desktop app.
2. Open User management.
3. Select the user and delete.
