Page, not a user licence
PaperOffice AI bills usage: the processed page is paid, not the user. There are no per-user licences. Two people or fifty people do not change the model.
The organization quota is called Credits. Every action that uses AI, document processing or the API consumes Credits. The pool is shared by the whole organization, whether the work happens in web, desktop, mobile, agents or the API.
The plan includes monthly plan credits. They reset on the billing date. Usage beyond the plan quota runs through the wallet. Document processing has AI-DMS tiers: AI-DMS tiers: Basic, Premium and Ultra.
When Credits are used up, actions can be refused. Content is not deleted because of that: What happens when Credits run out?.
