Documents, AI data and settings belong to the organization. Web, desktop, mobile and the API use the same store once the account is signed in.

Your own storage (BYOS)
Originals can live on the organization’s storage mounts (NAS, S3 and similar targets). The files then stay with the customer; PaperOffice AI reads and processes them and does not necessarily store the originals in PaperOffice file storage.

Account deletion
