This order
PaperOffice AI is the web app and the desktop app at https://app.paperoffice.ai. The UI language follows /{lang}/.
- Sign in or register the organization. Sign in, register, password. Registration creates the root account: Root account and users.
- Decide where originals live. The default is the PaperOffice datacenter. Own storage (BYOS) needs a storage mount that PaperOffice can reach, created first: How do I connect a NAS as a storage mount?.
- Create a workspace. Type Business, AI-DMS Premium, storage mode final: How do I create workspaces in PaperOffice AI?.
- Put files in. A single file: Add a document. A store as ZIP or from a mount: How do I import data into workspaces?.
- Wait for processing, then search. After import. Empty: Search returns nothing.
