Credits
- What happens when Credits run out?Documents stay. Processing and import can be refused until plan credits reset or the wallet is topped up. Only the root account can top up.
- Billing: per page, not per userPaperOffice AI bills the processed page, not the person. Credits are shared by the organization, in the app and through the API.
- What are Credits?Credits are the organisation usage quota for AI, documents and the API. The pool is shared, regardless of web, desktop or mobile.
- Plan, wallet and invoicesPlan credits, wallet and invoices apply to the organization. Top-up and plan changes live in the web and desktop app.
AI-DMS
- What do IDP agents do?An IDP agent is the saved extraction: document type, fields in natural language, model tier and checks. Creation always starts from a sample document.
- Process incoming invoices automaticallyPaperOffice AI reads incoming invoices as PDF, scan or e-invoice. Header, lines and totals come back with a page location. Approval runs through workflows.

Account and organization

- How do I delete my PaperOffice AI account?Delete account: only the root account can delete the organization permanently. The path is in Settings of the web and desktop app, not in the mobile app.
- Root account and usersThe root account owns the organization. Member accounts work in the same organization but cannot do everything — including account deletion.
- Remove a userA user is removed in User management. That does not delete the organization. Delete account remains limited to the root account.
- App sign-in and API keysApp sign-in is a person’s session. API keys are for integrations. Credits apply to both in the same organization.
